But the time has come, and we are slowly being called to awaken this dormant energy. To remember our roles as creators and intuitives.
The fact that your soul chose to incarnate in this lifetime is not a coincidence. Your soul chose to be part of this awakening and share your light with the world.
The fear of being seen
You and your gifts play an important part in this collective shift; you know this. And yet, when it’s time to be seen, to speak, to share, to offer your work, you freeze.

This mentorship weaves together energetic and emotional healing and practical guidance for visibility, communication, and (online) presence. We move through 4 main phases:
Safety & Sovereignty
This phase is about grounding into your body, regulating your nervous system, and restoring a sense of inner safety. We work with the fear of being seen, speaking up, or taking space, including visibility wounds and ancestral imprints that keep you small or hyper-aware of others. As your system settles, sovereignty returns. You stop moving from fear or external validation and begin to trust yourself as a stable inner authority.
Remembrance
From safety, remembrance becomes possible. In this phase, we clarify your medicine, your natural gifts, intuitive language, and way of sensing the world. You reconnect to your voice and learn to trust your intuition as guidance rather than second-guessing yourself. What once felt confusing or overwhelming begins to organize into clarity. You remember what you carry and how it wants to move through you.
Expression
Here we translate inner clarity into clear communication. You refine your message, your words, and how you show up, both online and in real life, in a way that feels authentic and aligned. We work practically with visibility, presence, and messaging so your expression reflects who you truly are, without performing or diluting your truth. Being seen becomes an extension of self-trust, not a performance.
Embodiment
This final phase grounds everything into reality. Your gifts are no longer just felt, they are practiced, shared, and integrated into your life. Whether through offerings, guidance, creative work, or leadership, you begin to move from soul-aligned action. You leave with tools, structure, and confidence to continue expressing your medicine in a way that is sustainable, clear, and true to you.
