In our busy lives, it’s easy to forget to take time for ourselves. These weekly meditation sessions are designed to give you 1 hour every week to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with your inner self. You will relax your nervous system, release stagnant energy, and create space for softness and healing through a mix of breathwork, body and emotional awareness, surrendering practices and deep healing journeys.

What to Expect in Each Session

    Each session offers a unique blend of practices that focus on my 3 principles of:

    • Healing on all 5 layers (body, mind, heart, energy and soul).

    • Remembrance of who you are at your core.

    • Activation of your inner fire and gifts.

  • ✺ FOR WHOM ✺

    These sessions are open to all levels and are held in English in a sacred women-only space.

    Every Tuesday at 7 pm Portuguese time / 8 pm Dutch time / 3 pm Argentina time, we will gather for a 1-hour live meditation through Zoom.

My Journey With Meditation

Five years ago, I experienced my first group meditation, and it completely transformed my life. Meditation has been a powerful tool for self-awareness, healing, and coming back to my true self. It’s not about emptying your mind or becoming a monk—it’s about checking in with your body, getting to know yourself, and creating space for calmness and wellbeing.

Over the years, I’ve guided over 1,000 people in meditation, and I would love to share this practice with you. Together, we can create a space for softness, connection, and healing in our busy lives.

  • These classes are open to women of all meditation levels. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, the sessions are designed to support your healing journey and spiritual awakening. They’re perfect for anyone who wants to create space for self connection, but finds it challenging to make time for it or doesn’t know where to start.

  • Each session offers a variety of meditation styles, including breathwork, body awareness, visualizations, and inner healing work (e.g., self-love, ancestral, and inner child healing). Each week you will go on a deep journey inwards, into the core of your being, receiving clarity, inspiration and alignment.

  • The sessions are held live every Monday:

    • 7 pm (Portugal)

    • 8 pm (Netherlands)

    • 3 pm (Argentina)

    These sessions take place via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home. A Zoom link will be provided after you register.

  • Each class lasts for 1 hour, including time to gather, meditate, and share experiences afterward.

  • In order to keep the privacy and safety, these sessions are not recorded. They are designed to be experienced live as a way of creating a regular, committed time for yourself. However, if you can’t make it to the class, you may request a recording in our Whatsapp group without a problem.

  • If you are a monthly member and miss a session, don’t worry! You’ll be able to catch up on any missed sessions. When asked, the session can be recorded.
