Sharing Circles
for business teams
"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success."
-Henry Ford

Sharing circles are an ancient form of gathering & conflict resolution
A sharing circle is a facilitated gathering where participants sit in a (virtual) circle and take turns sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to a specific topic. The sharing circle is a safe and supportive environment where participants can be vulnerable and share their perspectives with others.
This exercise enhances team bonding and empathy. It allows everyone to speak with honesty, creates trust, and can be a great tool for conflict resolution.
A gathering lasts half a day (4 hours), and a 20 min break is included in this time.
The circle is designed for a maximum of 20 people and can be held for a minimum of 8 people.
We can arrange a place to gather and catering if needed.
